For our Client - an international, well known company we are looking for experienced and qualified candidate for a new position General Ledger Manager.

General Ledger ManagerMiejsce pracy: Kraków

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the accounting teams (30 people) with the objective to constantly improve its efficiency,
  • Coordinating journals processing and month end close tasks
  • Contact the customers in order to explain more complex issues and presents the results and conducted control activities
  • Ensuring timely and accurate processing of GL transactions
  • Day-to day complex control of relevant metrics, reports
  • Supporting implementation of financial systems
  • Supervising financial reporting
  • Fixing asset acccounting
  • Participating in process improvements

Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in General Ledger Accounting
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience on audit and operational finance experience
  • 5 years of experience on a managerial role in finance and accounting
  • ACCA is a must
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal skills
  • Fluent English
  • Experience in working in shared service centers
  • Ability to work with deadlines
