New project will be launched in Krakow as a part of developing BPO Centre, of one of the market leaders. We are building the structures from the beginning and looking for Finance professionals on different levels.
As a team lead in General Accountingteam you will be accountable for the closing processes, preparation of variance analysis as well as BS reconciliations, maintenance of fixed assets as well as some AP and AR activities. You will be also accountable also for team coordination such as coaching and providing the team with feedback as well as client management and implementation of process improvements.
We are looking for professional (at least 3 years of experience) with previous experience in F&A environment and MS Excel knowledge. Beside fluency in English, very good knowledge of French/ Flemish or Germanis also required. Excellent interpersonal skills together with planning skills and customer oriented attitude are essential to be successful on this position.
