On behalf of our client, an international company from biotechnology sector, we are currently looking for GBS Data Operations Senior Manager to support its GBS located in Warsaw.
On this position you will be responsible for building and managing the GBS Data Operations team including scope definition, recruitment, training, mentoring and stabilization. Moreover, Senior Manager will be in charge of setting the strategy and the annual operating plan, identifying any risks and issues, driving process improvements, maintaining positive relations with the business and acting as the escalation point for internal and external clients.
We are seeking candidates with minimum 7 years working experience in a data management or business analysis role and minimum 5 years in team management, gained preferably in Biotech or Pharmaceutical sector. Fluent English is required as well as practical knowledge of data analytics tools. Project Management experience and Lean Six Sigma certificate will be an additional asset. The ideal candidate should present well-developed analytical and interpersonal skills.
