For our Client, one of the world’s largest banking and financial services organisations we are currently looking for experienced professionals interested in GBM Project Manager.The Change Manager will be responsible for managing the Change Agenda (both transformational and local) for the GFC Product Control Teams.

As a GBM Project Manager you will be responsible for:
  • Supporting the Lead Product Control Change Manager
  • Work closely with local Product Control team and assess impact of Transformation requirements and or local change requirements on day to day activities
  • Agree and document any business benefits
  • Validate business benefits with PC leads prior to allocating work to BA’s
  • Agree and assign work to team of BA’s, clearly articulating objectives and timelines
  • Ensure all documentation is in line with Business Transformation Framework (BTF)
  • Work closely with IT teams and assess any estimations , ensuring supporting documentation is clear and concise
  • Liaising effectively with Finance, Product Control and IT teams to confirm the requirements, data attributes, analysis and design, testing and business delivery
  • Management of Business Analyst resources
  • Ensure written business project documentation to a high standard and supported by clearly defined business benefits
  • Provide change management sign off of any documentation
  • Ensure Product Control leads and ground team support any requested changes

Ideal Candidate should have:
  • Working knowledge of Global Banking and Markets via line role experience, preferably within Product Control function
  • Part qualified accountant (desirable) with a strong knowledge of Global Market Products and behaviours
  • Project Management experience of at least three years
  • Knowledge of Agile Project Management methodologies
  • Strong analytical skills, problem solving and an attention to detail
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office – Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, SQL, JIRA
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated with a proven rapid learning capability in a changing environment
  • Delivery focused with attention to detail, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to a high standard of quality
  • Able to build relationships and influence others, including business heads, senior managers, third party consultants, technical experts and business users
  • Shows willingness and potential for increasing their responsibilities within the team
