Playsoft Games helps its clients, publishers and Internet services (Electronic Arts, Ubisoft, Konami, Namco) in the development of their mobile games. With 150 employees in France, Poland, Vietnam and United States, Playsoft became the web leader of the European Market. We combine the technological expertise (iPhone, Android, Windows Phone 7, J2ME, and social networks) and marketing.

We are seeking a suitable candidate for the position of:

GAMES’ PROJECT MANAGER

Our Producer will be responsible for our new games’ creations to come:

• managing a team of 15 programmers/testers/artists/game designers,

• optimizing production and QA teams flows,

• respecting the constraints of deadline, quality and budget,

• reporting to customer and upper management the project progress,

• analysing and reporting all the customer needs.

Your profile:

• you are a motivated hard-working person,

• you have a 5 year-experience in IT project management,

• you have good analysis and synthesis skills as well as capability to make decisions,

• you are a creative and problem solving oriented person,

• you are able to meet challenges and work under time constraint.

Skills:

• fluent English,

• graduated from university,

• computer literacy (MS Office),

• you are interested in video games and mobile phones,

• you are experienced in managing people and know Agile methodology.
