To realise our ambitious goals, we need enhancement. We are looking for a Fund Accountant(m/f) for our Area Administration Services, department Fund Accounting/ team Corporate Actions and Interests. Within the department Fund Accounting you are responsible for the full processing, booking and control of corporate actions and incomes.

To realise our ambitious goals, we need enhancement. We are looking for a Fund Accountant(m/f) for our Area Administration Services, department Fund Accounting/ team Corporate Actions and Interests. Within the department Fund Accounting you are responsible for the full processing, booking and control of corporate actions and incomes.
Your tasks essentially include:
- Control of the interfaces and transactions in the fund accounting system Xentis;
- Recording and posting of income payments (including dividends, coupons, interest, withholding tax refunds and payments in connection with term loans);
- Processing, control and booking of existing rebates as well as monitoring of the corresponding incoming payments;
- Recording and booking of target fund events including the relevant tax data;
- Be the contact person for clients and custodians for operational issues;
- Control and coordination of internal and external positions of bank accounts;
- Processing of SWIFT deliveries MT940 / 950;
- Direct contact for internal and external auditors;
- checking share subscriptions/redemptions, transfers and conversions;
- Direct reporting to the Team Head of Corporate Actions & Interests
What you offer:
The successful candidate will bring the following:
- Bank officer training or comparable training, supplemented where applicable by a university degree in banking studies or business management;
- Several years' professional experience in the fund accounting department of an investment management company or custodian and/or in the securities accounting department of a bank;
- Knowledge of the interaction between an investment company, custodian & customer;
- Previous experience with Asset Managers, different contracting parties, transfer agents, etc.;
- Knowledge of different investment products / finance instruments (securities, loans, funds, fixed deposits, etc.);
- Practical experience with the fund accounting system XENTIS would be anadvantageous
- very good knowledge in MS Office and its applications
- High technical affinity
- Very good knowledge of English (in writing and speaking),
- Good knowledge of German will be a strong advantage (in writing and speaking)
