Job specification:
- Primary point of contact on financial application support team for configuration/issues/questions relating to Workday
- Design sessions
- Requirement gathering
- Workbook configuration, Security, Business process, Bank account configuration, Advance reconciliation, First notice rules, Bank statement upload, Escheatment, Cash conversion, Tenant builds
- Go-live support and Post Go-live support
- Leads and assists with global workday change management
- Document existing processes for global assignment
- Identify areas of improvement and develop action plan
- Work with teams to define controls to prevent errors
- Coordinate Scripted Changes on a Global Level
- Troubleshoot problems and follow thru to resolution
- Assist project teams with troubleshooting issues of configuration
- Test Workday System Changes
- Build exceptional relationships with Global End Users and gain their trust.
- Communicate, issues, changes and solutions within team and user base.
- Work with PeopleSoft, HFM and TM1 teams to insure scripted values are in synch across systems to avoid business disruption
- Works effectively with finance and systems personnel at a corporate level
- Assists with software upgrades, patches, testing and additional rollouts.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in Information Technology includes implementing, configuring, analyzing, customizing, maintaining and administering ERP software systems
- Competent in understanding the functionality of the core Oracle Financial Modules and their interplay in the overall accounting structure of an organization
- Experience working on implementations/Support/Maintenance projects and training end users
- You have proficient knowledge of accountancy, as well as degree in a financial-related subject
- You have advanced excel skills, and have experience in using TM1, PeopleSoft or Cognos
- Advanced English – because you’ll be working closely with colleagues in different countries
- Analytical skills – you can analyze large chunks of data and draw conclusions
- Effective team player and excellent communication skills with insight to determine priorities, schedule work and meet critical deadline
