Project scope:
- Work on the new website builds, capable of working across multiple projects at once
- Improve existing websites and make them more functional for users
- Ensure quality checks before tasks are handed over or marked completed
- Strive to complete your tasks to the highest quality, with a focus on achieving quick and big Wins
Competence demands:
- Solid background in website development using PHP frameworks, native coding and JavaScript (over 3 years of experience is a minimum)
- Have full working knowledge of HTML and CSS (SASS is also a plus)
- Have knowledge of common libraries like jQuery
- Be able to easily navigate and understand the document object model
- Know what impacts the speed of a website from both the front and backend
- Not only be able to write excellent procedural code, but also write object-oriented PHP and be fully versed on classes, objects, interfaces
- Have experience integrating PHP and JavaScript through asynchronous requests or other modern techniques
- MySQL experience for queries and command line fixes
- Understanding of caching technologies and how they work and when they should be used
- Debugging and code profiling experience
- Knowledge of public APIqqqqs and how to interact with them as well as how to build and manage your own
- Proficient English and Polish
Nice to have:
- Experienced in working cross-culturally and collaborating with different personalities and perspectives
- Experienced in supporting People-activities including recruitment interviews, Technical onboarding, implementation of training activities and performance management
- Ideally educated to degree level
- Be a self-starter and comfortable in a fast-paced business environment
- Assist with Company-wide objectives and goals, including driving OKRs activities throughout the team
