In this role, you will:
• Help to deliver websites and mobile applications to the appropriate quality level, to the agreed schedule within budget
• Support the implementation of functions and the ongoing system needs
• Support the development and execution of system and user testing
• Demonstrate and apply and understanding of business domain knowledge
• Undertake analysis, coding or unit testing tasks
• Participate in the support for the solution of problems as well as document reviews and code walk-throughs
• Build trusting relationships with stakeholders by consistently meeting and delivering upon their business needs
• Maintain expert knowledge in required technology area across multiple platforms.
• Deliver projects considering the operational risk associated with the role
• Conduct peer reviews to ensure standards are followed
• Develop and deliver through the Agile project methodology.
Requirements:
• 3+ yrs experience with Vanilla JavaScript
• Advanced/proven React Framework experience
• Where applies - knowledge/experience of React Native and Native App development desirable
• Exposure to ES6/ES2015 modern JavaScript language specs/practices
• Strong understanding of core paradigms in JavaScript
• Prototypal inheritance
• Functional programming
• Object orientated JavaScript (using ES6/2015 classes)
• Asynchronous
• Modern fronted development build tools – Webpack, Babel
• Must have experience testing with - preferably using Jest, Enzyme, Sinon
• Experience working in agile development teams
• Strong experience of code management/versioning with Git /GitHub
• Use of agile/workflow tools like Jira
• Experience with HTML / CSS including pre-processors (mainly SASS/SCSS)
