DataFeedWatch is a Data Feed Optimization tool for web shops that enables merchants to advertise their products on Google Shopping or Comparison Shopping Channels. DataFeedWatch imports a file with all product data from a store and enables merchants to create and optimize feeds and advertising campaigns for 1000+ channels in over 35 countries.

We are an international company with headquarters in Silicon Valley in the U.S. and offices in Krakow and Amsterdam. With double-digit growth, we would like to expand the Business Development team in our Krakow office.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Our Support Ninjas are online marketing advisors. Our goal is to help our customers grow their business by optimizing feeds and campaign performance or by solving feed problems.

Every question is like a puzzle that needs to be solved. These problems are challenging and if they cannot be solved right away, we offer a workaround to get the same result in another way. If it is very technical, we ask our Tech-friends for help, but most questions are handled by the Ninjas.

We are very quick to reply and often notice issues before customer does.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR

We want people to join our team full-time. Mr. or Mrs. Right would meet the following expectations:

Creative with analytical thinking
Attitude - be open to communicate with anyone; happy or sad, savvy or newbie
Internet marketing background - experience connected with Google AdWords, Google Ads or SEO
French language and communication - your language is very good, ideally native, but at least good enough to communicate via chat, email and phone.You do not have to be an extrovert, but you need to be able to explain a problem and a solution precisely.

Providing personal data specified in the Labor Code is voluntary, but necessary to participate in the recruitment process. The consequence of not providing personal data will be inability to take part in the recruitment process.
