ROLE DESCRIPTION
This is a very urgent position for the duration of 2 months, with a chance on extension.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Critical duties and responsibilities for the ` OTD Project` for Consumer, Pharma, Medical:
- Develop a clear framework:
- Assess ` as is` landscape
- Identify technology barriers
- Develop the new vision focusing on E2E visibility to enable prioritized actions
- Define a clear scope
- Process Design:
- Develop detail process maps
- Identify and define technical requirements for OTD Business Process Automation and Data Integrity
- Determine design priorities engaging key stakeholders
- Develop a comprehensive project plan
- Include Simplified Data Integration and Connectivity (flexibility to add and switch suppliers)
- Project Execution:
- Build and Test Reporting functionalities
- Refine System Configuration and Controls
- Streamline Reporting to build Business Insights
-Includes Knowledge Transfer (implement work shadowing & develop user documentation)
- Communicate quick wins during the project implementation
- Develop Governance Structure:
- Initiate Change Enablement
- Focus on Critical Success Factors
- Develop Reporting/Communication Framework
- Establish Continuous Communication Strategy
- Refine the shared vision and `market` the OTD Project Success
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor or Master degree
- Experience with ERP systems
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Experience with Transportation
- Excellent communication skills in English
