THE COMPANY

Our client is a professional Pharmaceutical organization, based in Noord-Brabant Netherlands.

You will be working for one of the biggest pharmaceutical companies in the Netherlands

ROLE DESCRIPTION

You will support technical projects under minimal supervision and will report to Manager of process development for 6 months.

The technical process engineer will demonstrate hands on engineering skills, including: develop, implement and evaluate technical solutions in accordance with customer expectations, technical guidance of the technical project till delivery, support the development of system commissioning and validation documentation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Documentation:
- Develop and Update URS and Design Specifications
- Write and Review Technical manuals
- Write and Review Test / Characterization protocols

Testing
- Support SAT activities
- Support Qualification activities
- Support Characterization activities

Technical support
- Implement technical solution to meet customer requirements and satisfaction
- Online testing to improve equipment reliability (robust) and performance

REQUIREMENTS

Basic Qualifications & Experience:
- Experienced with Secondary Packaging Systems, including experience with Print and Inspection systems (e.g. Systech, Cognex)
- At least 5 years’ experience providing process control and information systems solutions and support to manufacturing organizations in the
pharmaceutical industries.
- Basic knowledge of MES systems
- Hands on engineering experience within Secondary Packaging Operations • Internal and /or external reporting relationships.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
- Technical Engineering Support of an operating secondary packaging facility.
- Ability to work independently and remotely with minimum direct supervision
- Technical Writing Skills • Customer relationship management skills
- Critical thinking skills • Able to set clear priorities and escalate to ensure timely delivery of the project phases including design, development,
implementation, testing, construction, commissioning, and validation.
- Experience within a GMP compliance environment regarding practices, policies, procedures, legal requirements and goals of project, develop supporting
documentation and monitor activity timeliness / scheduling.
- Ability to anticipate, evaluate and resolve multiple, simultaneous project issues, delays and problems by utilizing technical and business expertise.
