Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Zuid-Holland Netherlands.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
My client is growing extensively and therefore they are upgrading their production plant on multiple locations. To supervise and initiate these structural upgrades my client is looking for a strong Project Manager Structural Engineering with a broad experience in International projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead Build projects / design to build phase
- Examples of upgrades: Refurbishing load area's / circulation in and outlet (upgrade and or replaced) - fencing the entire site (total length 3.5km)
- Initiate and supervise bid campaigns where external suppliers/builders tender for the above mentioned assignments
- make sure timelines are met
- keep budget in control / KPI management of external suppliers (you are the contact between builders and my client
REQUIREMENTS
- Multiple years experience in deadline driven structural engineering projects
- although not essential it is preferred that you have some experience in the food/pharma industry because of the sometimes complex regulations that need to be met on these type of locations
- fluent in French (this demand is not flexible - if you're not fluent in French technical writing & speaking) you can't work this assignment. Too many suppliers/employees only speak french, and as you're constantly managing these people strong communication skills in French are essential
