THE COMPANY

Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Brussel Belgium.

This FMCG/Food client has multiple plants throughout Europe, while you will be based on the plant near Brussels. Of course, you will be travelling for a substantial portion of the week in order to visit clients, do field research and market most efficiently.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

As Brand Manager, you are responsible for your own portfolio within a larger team. In this, you will be guided by a Senior Brand Manager. With your experience, you can work independently and develop brands strategy, yet you know your pitfalls and ask for help when necessary. This is on the global level - you analyse market trends and see how your strategy fits within the greater international framework.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• You develop brand portfolios
• Report to the Senior Brand Manager
• Translate ideas into action plans, execute and analyse results
• Create consumer insights
• Set and follow up on marketing budgets
• Balance marketing projects
• Balance external as well as internal stakeholders

REQUIREMENTS

• MSc in Economics, Marketing or similar
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in FMCG/Food marketing
• Passion for brand management
• Team player, analytical, practical, thinking out of the box
• Experienced with Nielsen software
• Dutch, French and English are all necessary languages
