For our Client,world’s leading video and eCommerce retailer, we are currently looking for Candidates with educational back ground in finance field who are willing to start their professional career as Fraud Associate.
On this position responsibilities included review suspicious orders on reports and in the FraudNet system to determine if the person ordering is a fraud or not. On a daily basis you will perform designated customer account research and investigation that requires sound judgement e.g. contact external parties (banks, cardholders) and utilises system tools to determine if order is legitimate. You will have real impact on prevention of company losses by identifying and stopping fraudulent shipments, while maintaining a sense of urgency required to fulfil legitimate orders before the shipping deadline passes.
To be successful on this position you need to have fluent English together with university degree in relevant field (Finance and Accounting preferred). PreviousFraud experience or AML/KYC is considered as a plus.
