FP&A SENIOR ANALYST

Location: Warsaw
JOB PURPOSE: To provide business partnering support to the General Manager in Poland to drive improved platform performance through growth and efficiency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Business Partnering
- Oversee all financial aspects of the polish platform environment including current and future performance, identification and realisation of opportunities and risks
- Support the General Manager and Executive Committee members in formulating and executing on strategy across the countries to drive growth and achieve business objectives
- Provide technical and analytical expertise and drive improvements in the quality and reliability of financial information in the polish platform
- Actively participate in the standardization of policies, procedures and systems between Germany and Poland in order to facilitate efficiencies within both platforms
Strat Planning and Initiatives, Operating Plan and Forecasting
- Take the lead on key financial processes such as operating plans, financial reviews and provide input into the strategic planning processes for the Polish platform
- Work with the General Manager and business units directors to develop appropriate staffing levels and analyse revenues and costs to reach business objectives
- To provide input into the strategic planning cycles
Management Reporting, Financial Close and Control Activities
- Ensure compliance with all ADP financial policies across Poland ensuring accurate reporting and communication of financial information and messaging
- Accountable for monthly management reporting and backlog analysis
- Responsible for accounts receivable process (Order to Cash) with management responsibility of 1,5 FTEs
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
Knowledge required
- Microsoft Office skills essential, advanced level in Excel and Databases
- Oracle, Hyperion Enterprise and Hyperion Planning experience preferred

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- 5 years+ financial Planning experience required
- Degree in business related subject preferred
