On behalf of our client, an international company in Food Industry we are currently looking for The Food Specification & Quality Analyst with French.
Person holding this position will be responsible for ensuring that all information is compiled and entered into DevEX, SAP and MBC accurately and completely. Responding to external customer technical enquiries in a timely manner, in order to meet business and customer needsare the core responsibilities in this role. You will be expected to proactively remain aware of customer technical standards and liaise with CTMs and RA to ensure compliance and remain aware of emerging technical issues to support customer technical requests. You will be also cross trained to ensure that understanding of the requirements of all Client's strategic customers, and provide cover for other Technical Services Coordinators during periods of absence. You will be also responsible for producing accurate and timely customer scorecards.
To fulfill the requirements you should have Food Technology Diploma or related qualification and perform fluent both French and English. Previous experience in the food industry (e.g. technical, R&D, customer services) is desirable, as well as knowledge of quality systems preferable e.g. ISO, BRC, EFSIS. Computer literacy (specifically Excel is required. Good oral and written communication skills are a must, as well as good attention to detail. Ability to priorities and manage time effectively, with high sense of urgency is required.
