Your new company
You will join an international, globally well-known company from the facilities management industry, that is building the new global technology center team in Poland, Warsaw.

Your new role
• Supporting with internal and external IT supplier performance monitoring, focusing on delivery monitoring (roster sign-off, time recording analytics, invoice verification, license analytics and -reporting)
• Administrating pool of consultants (on-/offboarding, access permissions etc.)
• Analysing supplier spend versus budget and forecast
• Prepare recharge basis to company's legal entities
• Manage estimate process ensuring signoff before work is commencing

What you'll need to succeed
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience within the area
• A relevant education from a university or business school
• English (Written and spoken) on professional level
