Fixed Assets & Project Specialist
Lokalizacja: PoznańOur Client, a worldwide company is looking for an experienced Fixed Asset and Project Specialist.
Center of Excellence/ Regional Role/ Very good salary
scope of responsibilities:
- Verification and acceptance from the financial side of investment orders under projects,
- Business support, among others by consulting open projects, responding to inquiries, timely closing projects, ensuring consistency of documentation,
- Supporting the regional Department of Fixed Assets in the work on fixed assets and activities improving the department's processes,
- Monitoring projects,
- Reconciliation of fixed assets in building in the process of closing the month and determining possible reserves,
- Monitoring of investment expenses incurred as part of individual projects,
- Support in monthly reporting in the scope of investment expenditures.

Requirements:
- Relevant knowledge and a few years of experience with Fixed Asset management,
- Fluent English,
- Experience in international environment,
- Strong analytical abilities, can do attitude, high level of communication skills,
- Very good command of Excel.
