Your new role
Perform checking and verification of FA addition request forms and supporting documents upon receiving request from the Local Affiliate.Create fixed asset master data in SAP
Make depreciation calculation and posting on a monthly basis. This includes reviewing of the depreciation run and resolving errors, if any.
Perform checking and verification of FA disposal request forms and supporting documents upon receiving request from the Local Affiliate, locate the asset in the asset management master data, and dispose assets. This includes checking the request form against the information of the asset master in the system and checking for over and underpayment of sales proceeds, if any.
Also check and verify of request FA transfer forms and supporting documents upon receiving request from the Local Affiliate, update transfer of fixed asset in the system
What you'll need to succeed
For this position it's important to have previous experience in GL Accounting (fix assets).Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and knowledge in SAP or other ERP system are highly valued, as well as ability to meet assigned deadlines. You must be able to communicate in English and advanced in German.
Able and willing to work cooperatively with other team members.
