For our client which is international, well-known company, we are looking for Customer Care Specialist with English.
On daily basis you will be responsible for responsible for providing customer service to clients and resolving their queries. You will be responsible for creating the good relationships with customers and cooperating with all relevant departments to resolve customer issues. We are looking for Candidates with English on C1 level.
You do not need to have previous experience, but we are looking for the person who has excellent communication and problem-solving skills as well as ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
