For one of our Client, a leading global provider of advanced optical and digital technologies for the medical industry, we are looking for candidates for the position of the Order Management Specialist .
Your role will be to participate in the creation of sales support in the newly emerging Shared Services Center in the heart of Wroclaw.
In particular, your responsibilities will include comprehensive order management from customers, checking orders in the SAP system, prioritising the allocation of products to countries or customers in the absence of them in warehouses, managing the availability of materials for customer orders, returns of goods, intercompany sales and priority of orders.
We expect previous experience (1 year) in a similar position in one of the following areas: supply chain, logistics, purchases, sales support or material planning. Experience in the field of customer service will also be valuable to us.
It is necessary to have previous experience working on the SAP system.
