Financial Supervisor
Location: MilanoFor our customer, leading industrial manufacturing company, due to its significian growth, we are looking for Financial Supervisor.
Duties:
- Management of administrative and accounting activities aimed at drafting an annual budget and forecast as determined by management;
- Monthly generation and reporting of financial statements in accordance with US GAAP principles to the US for consolidation;
- Analysis of income statement variances to budget / forecast / prior year, and monthly reconciliation of balance sheet accounts and sub-ledgers in order to identify any anomalies or reclassifications to be carried out;
- Responsible for working with statutory auditors to complete annual audit and financial statements;
- Treasury management and cash forecasting inclusive of AR credit and collections, and AP payment review according to authorized signer procedures;
- Experience in financial system integration and conversions;
- Coordination of a team of 2 people (AR / AP).
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting / Finance - or similar discipline;
- Experience at least 5-7 years in similar positions in international corporate experience;
- Solid skills in local Italian GAAP and US GAAP / IFRS accounting;
- Experience in manufacturing accounting;
- Knowledge of General Ledger entries related to payroll, production;
- Experience in financial statements;
- Dynamic person with good relational skills, and ability to multi-task.
- English required (written and verbal).
