We are looking for analytical and detail-oriented Candidates to join new GBS Centre in Tricity, on a position of Reporting Specialists.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing, maintaining and reviewing consolidated financial information on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
- Performing all activities as a system administrator for finance consolidation system.
- Participating & Owning financial monthly and annual closing procedures
- Being the in-house specialist and answer queries from team on reporting & consolidated related items
- Performing reconciliations between ERP and consolidation system
- Preparing and review monthly, quarterly and annual reports and analysis and participating in implementation towards new system functionalities
- Reviewing performance of the reporting process and identify improvement opportunities
- Developing tools for Ensure correct classification of cost/expenses
- Ensuring quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
- Preparing any required sub-consolidations for local requirements
- For technical issues, investigating and raising technical incidents
- Super User related activities for the Financial Consolidation System
Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor degree in finance, accounting or equivalent
- 4+ years of progressive accounting experience and consolidation
- Solid financial reporting background with working knowledge of financial reporting and consolidation systems, preferably OneStream
- Advanced IFRS knowledge and the practical application hereof
- Full professional proficiency of written and oral English required
- Advanced knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and standards
- High degree of attention to detail
- Ability to plan and prioritize with a flexible and positive mindset
- Willing to travel (although limited travel is expected)
