For our client, an international pharmaceutical company, we are looking for experienced and motivated professional for the position of Financial Planning & Analysis and Business Control Function Analyst.
As a FP&A and BCF Analyst you will report directly to Cluster Financial Lead with the dotted line to CEE Finance Lead. It is a regional role as the cluster includes 4 countries (Poland, Hungary, Czech republic and Romania). You will perform quarterly disbursement review for compliance with FCPA and other industry laws and regulations as well as coordinate collection and participates in risk assessment of local affiliate. You will be also dedicated to conducting review of inventory indicators and facilitating the review with management. Your scope of responsibilities will include coordinating the collection and submission of data for changes in internal controls, providing input to Integrity Newsletters issued periodically and participating in industry forums for Ethics & Transparency. You will also coordinate collection of internal information for the purpose of financial budget and financial projections preparation. Then you will submit validated and reviewed data in company financial systems. What is very important you will perform monthly reports and analysis of key variances on brand sales and P&L items and provide relevant comments to management. Your duties will include also making sure monthly reports reflect accurately financial position of the business. We would like you also to prepare ad hoc reports and financial analysis that support decision making and continuous improvement initiatives.
We are looking for Candidate with Master’s Degree in Finance and Accounting, Economy or related and with minimum of 3 years’ experience in finance, gained in international pharmaceutical (!) company (it is a crucial requirement). Fluency in English as well as mastery of Excel, Word applications and financial systems (SAP, SAP BI/Bex, Hyperion) is a must. We need you to have the strong knowledge of company compliance policies, procedures and financial processes. We would like you to have also the proven experience in preparing financial models in Excel and analyzing and interpreting complex financial data. What is important, is the experience in working in a continuously changing, dynamic, cross functional and multinational environment as well as experience in applying innovative and creative solutions to strengthen internal control, increase data accuracy and overall, improve efficiency and effectiveness of an organization. Experience in consulting/audit company will be a strong advantage. Ability to manage projects and influence key business partners on key procedural issues is more than welcomed. We are looking for the collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills, extremely result driven, with open personality and a pro-active attitude, able to work and communicate effectively using virtual technology with a worldwide team. Strong communication, presentation, planning, organization and prioritization skills are absolutely essential.
