Financial Controller / Senior Financial Controller
Candidate will be full independent and responsible for all financial control aspects for a group of entities. Will report directly to Group CFO.
It's ideal role for candidate with min 5 years of experience including at least 2 years on similar position and experience in an audit company (preferably BIG 4) in real estate team. Our client can offer cooperation on B2B agreement.

For an our Client, fast growing, well known real estate company, currently we are looking for candidate for a Financial Controller/Senior Financial Controller role based in Warsaw.
Description
- Preparation of the Group's quarterly management accounts
- Reporting to the Group investors
- Monitoring the performance of the Group's SPVs and the Group
- Cash management of the assigned SPVs
- Budgeting and forecasting of the Group and group's SPVs
- Participation in the Group's year-end close process
- Preparation of the ad-hoc financial statements
- Supervision of external accountants and accuracy of the bookkeeping
- Cooperation with the Group's auditors
- Supervision of bank facility compliance e.g. coventants, reporting
- Project management in the area of finance and accounting
- Supervising transfer pricing documentation preparation
Profile
- Total experience of min. 5 years including at least 2 years on similar position. Ideally experience in an audit company (preferably Big Four) in real estate team
- Real estate industry experience will be great asset
- Strong accounting and financial reporting background, ideally including consolidation and taxes
- Perfect command of English
- Excellent working knowledge of Excel, Word and Power Point
- The candidate should be energetic, enthusiastic, proactive and reliable, self-starter, should be able to deliver tasks independently however based on information gathered by cooperation with other team members
- Ready to work under time constraints
