Client Details
For our Client, a large multi-national group, we are looking for an open-minded and ambitious candidate for the position of Finance Controller. The company is located near Wroclaw.
Description
-
Propose, calculate and issue financial and operating metrics with Team support
-
Provide financial planning, budgeting and reporting activities (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow estimation)
-
Ensure timely preparation of monthly/quarterly/year-end close activities in accordance to the local principles and company policies
-
Manage the preparation of financial outlooks and financial forecasts
-
Provide diverse analysis of actual operating results compared to budget
-
Manage cost control activities and implement improvements wherever necessary
-
Monitor and evaluate capital expenditure and provide project analysis
-
Supervise daily operations
-
Set and implement short- and long-term departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures
-
Ensure that all corporate guidelines are implemented
-
Support internal audit process and implement recommendations
Profile
-
University degree with a strong focus on Accounting / Finance
-
Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or controlling
-
Experience with the use of information technology to effectively satisfy business needs
-
Expert knowledge of Excel
-
Experience with SAP preferred
-
Excellent organization and communication skills
-
Result orientated, proactive personality
-
Ability to work under pressures with deadlines
-
Good English
