We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client's behalf for a person in the following role:
Financial Controller - Client Relationship / Revenue Optimization
Location: Kraków

We are currently looking for a Financial Controller to be based in Warsaw, Poland, where the main duties would be:
Responsible for establishing and managing the Client Account Management and Revenue Optimization processes within the company
Monitoring and improving contact with Contractors / Employees delegated to allocated clients
Customer Satisfaction within allocated clients
Laising with Digital and Marketing teams to ensure that appropriate support is in place to increase client engagement as well as making better online platforms available for client and employee access
Ensuring Management Information is provided to allocated clients on a regular basis
Assisting with client invoicing issues, referencing of employees, and steering committee meetings within allocated clients
Assist with compilation of business plans for the outsourcing business to include elements such as SWOT and PEST analysis
To share and implement "Best Practice" processes and behavior, where applicable, across all Clients - specifically regarding review processes and monthly reporting
Working on client contracts, minimizing the involvement of legal counsel and ensuring that a standard term of business is developed and maintained in Polish and English
Assist with all Tendering processes the company is involved with
Support the overall pricing process in collaboration with the Board
Major customer account profitability analysis
Provide for appropriate career building and professional development for allocated team members

Personal atributes:
University degree in finance / or related discipline
Good knowledge of MS Excel, VBA and SQL
Hands-on relevant accounting/reporting experience
Banking/Insurance/Financial Services industry experience will be an asset
Fluency in English
Team management & leadership skills
Be able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
