Financial Controller/Analyst, Kontroler/Analityk Finansowy

Purpose: The role is to work within the finance team to meet the Company's requirements for completion and provision of financial information, to maintain the Company's financial controls and processes, fulfill all audit responsibilities and provide the required level of support to the businesses operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing the budgeting and forecasting models
- Preparing management information reports
- Analysis of large investment projects
- Producing detailed analysis of KPIs
- Undertaking trend analysis and providing the management with appropriate interpretation of results
- Providing ad hoc analytical support for clarifying forecast deviations related to projects cost centers, currency fluctuations and inter-company transactions.
- Cash Flow planning and analysis
- Absorption analysis
Qualifications:
- Excellent analytical skills proved by At least 3 years of controlling working experience preferably within an industrial company
- Proficient in SAP, and Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Experience in management reporting, forecasting and monthly closing processes
- Fluency in English
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Thrives under pressure and in fast changing environment
- A team player with strategical view and an open-mind approach,
- Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on communication
