Our Client is a global organization that is currently looking for a Team Lead to join their financial control department based in Warsaw. The role offers an exposure to senior management both locally and within the group as well as an opportunity to lead a small team.
Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Controlling financial ledger and responsibility for the delivery of the Balance Sheet and related statutory information
Providing analysis and reporting with regards to all provisions booked
Project work connected with providing ad hoc analysis to senior management
Building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships both locally and globally
Participating in strategic initiatives while supporting the onshore teams
Managing a small team
An ideal candidate will have:
Strong financial control / accounting experience (min. 5 years)
Some knowledge and experience of working on IFRS
Fluent English skills (min. C1 level)
Experience of managing a team will be an asset
Proactiveness and ability to communicate with all levels of seniority
