Financial Control Expenditure Senior Analyst
Location: Cracow
Key Accountabilities:
Analyse and validate non-standard invoices;
Monitor our Client’s Recharge process, providing accurate information to MIP Team;
Monitor and control our Client’s Cost budgets and utilisation;
Complete and control the period end close process for our Client’s for Accruals, Provisions, VAT and Tax analysis (Including Accruals and Provision Calculation);
Prepare General Ledger Account Substantiation for the purpose of Monthly Balance Certification process align with Sox and Internal audit requirements;
Work closely with other Teams in France, actively supporting Business and Finance Team providing answer the queries from the MIP team, procurement team and the businesses. Preparation of various ad-hoc dashboards;
Assist with implementation of new systems / processes
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in Accounting department, preferably in Shared Services Centre;
Computer literacy (MS Office), particularly Excel;
Very good English language skills, verbal & written;
Attention to details and problem solving skills;
Ability to learn new systems and processes;
Passion for providing a high quality service to customers and demonstrate the ability to work with people at all levels;
Being capable of looking the figures/explanations from a distance to provide good analysis supporting Management Information and Planning Department;
Be able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
