For our Client, an international organization with diversified company’s portfolio of businesses, we are looking for an experienced senior expert who will be interested in the position of Financial Business Consultant dedicated to Central and Eastern Europe Region.
As a Financial Business Consultant CEE you will be a part of international shared market resource and you will form an integral part of the global solution center, while working closely with the solution teams in the international markets. You will be reporting to the head of global solution center located abroad. This central team consists of other strategic business architects, bid managers and Financial Business Consultants. In your daily work you will participate in virtual teams, reporting to the related bid manager and opportunity owner. You will be responsible for business model scoping together with commercial colleagues in the market and the customer, while contributing to opportunity qualification. What is more, you will be dedicated to building winning proposals with a partnership price that shows value for money to the customer and with an accurate business case for company as well leading the business model work stream in the bid. You will also develop new commercial and customer driven requirements for the harmonized business case and collaborate closely with department responsible for financing solution models. It will be important to capture business models and best practices for capability building via the community of practice. In this role, you have the opportunity to develop the price of the customized solution, showing the value of the offering compared to customer relevant outcomes, while creating a profitable business case for the company. You provide business model advice and lead the business model work stream during the proposal development phase. On global solution center level you are also accountable for developing new customer requirements for the harmonized business case, leading pricing for first of a kind proposals, driving harmonization globally, setting standards and strategies for the financial business consultant function, investment proposals for tools and professionalization, sharing best practices and supporting training plans. Examples of company’s value propositions are setting up new medical cities, big hospital refurbishment projects, integration of care across multiple service providers.
To succeed in this role, you should have the university degree (Economics, Finance, Accounting or other related field), at least 5+ years’ of relevant working experience with track record in financial or market analyst topics and complex business modelling and to very advanced Excel skills. You need to also combine business and financial acumen while balancing solution value proposition, accuracy of business cases and pragmatic risk management via financial mitigations. One of the crucial requirements are also: the project management experience, effective communication skills, result orientation and strong ability to build networks and pro-active planning and aligning your deliverables with multiple stakeholders. What is more, you have demonstrate change management skills: reflective, constructive, setting priorities, being flexible and managing resistance. You need to be fluent in English and preferably one other EMEA language. ACCA certification would be a plus. You will spend the first 6 months of your work in Netherland, then expected travel rate would be at the level of 25% (peak workloads driven by customer timelines).
