Four our Client, an international property management company, we are currently looking for experienced, engaged and motivated Candidate who will join the organisation at Financial Analyst position.
Person on this position will be responsible for timely and accurate financial statutory and property management reporting as well as ensuring the highest quality standard (accurate and complete) in dedicated areas such as cash budget /forecast, finance and accounting results. General duties are: performing monthly and quarterly financial reporting for the asset managers of shopping centres; understanding business issues and ensure a very high level of accuracy and timeliness of all reporting in and efficient manner; assisting in reconciliation of financial data between reporting systems; assisting in reconciliation of service charge; working on a daily basis with Finance Manager/Finance Analyst Team Leader and Chief Accountant; ensuring process documentation is completed, reviewed and updated; balance accounts reconciliations; supporting process of issuing invoices; lease agreements audit; maintenance/creating VBA macros/Access database; automation and optimisation of processes and any other task related to financial analyst daily work.
To be successful in this role you will have to have at least 3 years’ experience at similar position in international real estate or property management company (this is an essential condition) and Master Degree in Finance or related. We are looking for Candidate with excellent technical skills – Excel knowledge is a must. Candidate with VBA, SQL and Access knowledge would be highly appreciated. As you will join international organisation, you have to speak English fluently (at least B2 level).
