Opis stanowiska pracy

This is a new created role based within an international FMCG business.The successful candidate will support a Finance Manager and act as a Finance Business Partner.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the preparation of the budget and forecast and providing analysis including analysis on revenue, profitability, growth, and other drivers that helps drive finance decision support to the business.
  • Participation in month-closing process- vefifying correctness of postings, calculating accruals and provisions, identifying and explaining variances vs budget and forecast
  • Providing inputs and supporting the data modelling as part of budgeting, forecasting or scenario analysis exercises.
  • Responsible for the preparation of management reporting of financial results.
  • Proactively seek and implement process improvement initiatives in areas of management reporting and business planning/forecasting processes
  • Timely preparation of presentation materials to support Leadership in business planning, strategic review meetings and monthly financial  reviews
  • Contribute to financial reporting, business planning, budgeting and forecasting
  • Conduct smaller projects independently
  • Acting as a business partner
  • Compile information and prepare reports in support of management decision-making;
  • Participation in futher SAP developement

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis with a good understanding of accounting preferable with a multinational company
  • Analytical skills obtained through significant experience with reporting, budgeting or financial and business planning activities
  • A degree level education from the finance, accounting or mathematics field
  • CIMA/ACCA qualification is a plus
  • SAP
  • Fluent English
  • Willingness to improve finance & controlling know how
  • Very Good analytical and organizational skills. Pro-active thinking.
  • Understanding of financial planning processes (budget and forecasting), procedure, accounting process and internal controls.
