Financial Admin with French/SpanishMiejsce pracy: Kraków

Responsibilities:

  • Key contact point for sales organization on commercial finance processes
  • Price execution, planning & tracking
  • Price review and governance
  • Rebate agreement set-up and settlement support
  • Master data support
  • General deal administration and customer contract data base maintenance
  • Providing instructions to Shared Services teams on execution
  • Data consolidation for reporting and projects
  • Knowledge transfer of commercial finance processes from France/Spain and creation of process documentation (ability to travel up to 75% of time for first 3 months)

Requirements:

  • Fluent English, very good French or Spanish
  • Previous financial processes experience
  • Undergraduate degree in business, finance, accounting, economics or related field
  • Good system knowledge of SAP
  • Ability to work under time pressure
  • Communication skills and ability to work in multinational environment
