Properly register accounting transactions in general ledger, controlled and reconciled in compliance with both company’s accounting policies (US GAAP rules) and Polish accounting standards.
Maintains and balances subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions; resolving discrepancies.
Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts; preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries.
Summarizes local financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss, and other statements.
Supporting external audit by analyzing and scheduling general ledger accounts; providing information for auditors.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE (minumum required) :
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
CPA, Big 4 or similar experience is an Asset
4+ year experience with production environment
Strong technical U.S. GAAP and Local GAAP accounting knowledge
Knowledge of best practices in accounting and finance
Require a perfect communication skill both oral and in writing, English and Polish.
