Invoice payments (through internet banking);
Managing receivables/payable;
Managing Purchase Order and Expense claim;
Managing Cash flow;
Prepare monthly closing and final settlement of accounts including for consolidated purposes;
Revenue administration;
Tax declaration;
Office Administration General affairs for office operation.
What you'll need to succeed
Bachelor's Degree is preferable;
Experience at accounting department is preferable;
Experience in the accounting department or other administration part;
Experience of using accounting software (Saga, SAP, so on);
Excellent English communication skill (Business Level or Native).
