Our client is a Financial Services organization dynamically growing its business structures on the Warsaw market. Due to the internal promotion, the company is currently looking for an experienced finance professional to join their Middle Office department. As a Team Leader you will be managing the team providing control to the Front Office teams thus you will gain great exposure to the trading market and have an opportunity to make a real impact on the global Middle Office function.

Main responsibilities:
Managing, training and coaching your team,
Overseeing accurate and timely production of daily P&L and monthly Balance Sheet substantiation
Delivery of a strong and robust control environment in line with Risk & Control Framework
Ensuring that the team delivers on daily KPI’s to the Currencies desk
Establishing close working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including FO teams
Leading projects and process improvement initiatives to optimize the company’s processes
Candidate requirements:
Excellent people management skills with min. 1.5- year experience on a Team Leader position
Good knowledge of the front to back Operations process
The ability to communicate with stakeholders both onshore and offshore
Holding CFA, CIMA, ACCA, ACA, Stock Broker licence or ACI qualification would be an asset
