Our Client is well-known Shared Service Centre in Poznan.
Description
- Monitoring, controlling and coordinating work of the SSC Team (around 10 team members) providing accounting services to the other Group companies located in Europe:
- Motivating and coaching employees
- Support team members in daily task handling
- Use the team KPI as a continuous improvement tool
- Respond to identified customer issues, queries and needs in an efficient and timely manner
- Ensure timely and accurate service delivery for all processes performed by the Team (AR, AP, GL)
- Ensure process compliance with relevant accounting requirements, company policies and internal controls
- Actively participate in Group/and company projects, coordinate projects like for instance migration of processes
- Drive process improvements and standardisation projects within your area of responsibility
Profile
- Min. 4 years of experience in Accounting,
- Fluent English,
- University degree preferably in finance and accounting, other accounting qualification, ACCA or CIMA will be a bonus,
- Experience in managing the team is desirable,
- Well-developed organisational skills, strong motivation and a positive attitude,
- Flexibility and ability to work within dynamic environment,
- Experience in managing teams as an advantage,
- Knowledge of Navision system or other ERP is an advantage,
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to understand and deal with dynamic business needs,
- Ability to motivate and empower team members,
- Ability to focus on priorities, timely and effective work execution,
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
- Communicative French is an advantage.
