Finance System Expert
Location: Cracow
Key Accountabilities:
• Analysis of the exceptions reported and investigation of the root causes for the potential variances,
• Analyzing system financial mapping rules and their impact on the Group / Local Chart of Accounts,
• Performing cross-country review of the tasks performed by the colleagues working for other countries,
• Assisting with change management process,
• Identifying the processes for the potential improvements and implementing such,
• Building and maintaining professional relationship with the teams across the business.
• Working closely with other finance teams
• Assisting with overseeing the responsibilities of other team members
Requirements:
• Good knowledge of financial accounting and control, with 2 years+ experience,
• Relevant university degree preferred in fields of Finance / IT / Mathematics
• Knowledge of Financial Services,
• Banking Products knowledge would be an asset
• Excellent English (both written and verbal) language skills (C1),
• Strong analytical skills,
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
• Excellent Excel skills,
• Working with MS Access DBs, writing SQL queries would be an asset
• VBA for Excel/Access would be an asset
• Be able to work independently and meet tight deadlines,
• Demonstrate the ability to work with people at all levels,
