Finance SSC Manager/ Deputy Head of SSC
The purpose of the position is to ensure effective and efficient control of the Service Centre process and ensure compliance with local law and regulations and Group policies and smooth functioning of the business through periodic review and continual evaluation processes.

Our Client is well known company in its sector and currently is developing a Finance Shared Service Center in Gdańsk.
Description
* Responsible for all financial and accounting matters of assigned entities including but not limited to the following:
o Check Tax computation produced by system
o Working with local consultant to prepare tax declarations and submission
o Month-end and year-end closure journals/accruals
o Working with internal and external auditor on Audit
* Support profitable growth as Business partner to different business owners and support the change to a lean and
efficient organization.
* Cash flow management
Reporting/Communication
* Data analysis and information provision to various stakeholders
* Prepare/distribute monthly management and customer reports: pro-active interpret numbers and effective communication to non-finance colleagues to support decision making.
* Preparing budget and forecast.
Service Centre Management/Team Management
* Manage a team of accountants, analysts
* Continue process improvement and increase productivity
Profile
* Master's degree in finance/Economics
* Professional qualification in Finance/Accounting
* Advanced IT skills (MS- Query/ Excel)
* Management experience more than 5 years
* Hands-on managerial approach
* Quick self- learner
* Proactive, dynamic and innovative
* Culturally aware and diplomatic
* Fluent in English
* Experience in a multi-national/international company
