Your new role
- Review, investigate and process transactions in the system
- Escalate exceptions, breaches and instances of irregularities to line manager
- Update data in the system
- Prepare ad-hoc reports
- Close interaction with other departments
- Assist in testing and rolling out upgrades to surveillance system
What you'll need to succeed
- Advanced in English and Portuguese
- Previous experience inFinancial Services is a must
- Ability to learn and grasp and new systems, tools and databases quickly
- Excellent time management and prioritization of work tasks
- Ability to work under pressure and within tight time-lines
