As we are cooperating with Lundbeck - a global pharmaceutical company highly committed to improving the quality of life of people suffering from brain diseases - we are currently looking for Finance Process & System Specialist (SAP FI).
Your future main responsibilities will be:
- Acting as a 2nd line support of Incidents and Requests related to Lundbeck finance systems and platforms (SAP FI, SAP BI/BW, BPC, Concur, VIM)
- Investigating and solving incident if possible and escalating to Process Owner Team / IT teams / 3rd line / Vendor support if necessary
- Providing in-depth knowledge about optimal use of Lundbeck Finance systems including layouts and reports in BEX Analyzer and BPC and technical understanding of the platform and data structure
- Supporting activities related to finance yearly cycle (month/quarter/yearend close,quarterly estimates, budgeting process)
- Responsible for the analysis, verification and documentation of the RfC (Request for Change)
- Creating and providing support for financial reporting including data extracts for audit purposes
- Providing trainings to employees (system users) in GBS and Line of Business
- Promoting the agreed support procedures including relevant documentation – analyses the Business needs and technical requirements to suggest the most efficient (business and financial wise) solution
- Contributing to the development and maintenance of systems (SAP, VIM, Concur) guidelines and process documentation
- Participates in Projects related to relevant areas of expertise
The lucky applicant has these qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in Financial Processes (AP, AR, GL) finance system support
- English at C1 level
- In depth knowledge of SAP modules (FI, BI/BW), working knowledge of VIM (or other invoice management system) and Concur
- Great data analysis and Excel & Power Point skills
