On behalf of our Client, a global SSC in Gdāsk, we are currently seeking Candidates for the position Finance Operations Manager.
Your new role
Holding the position of Finance Operations Manager you will be expected to assure that the staff (ca. 70-100 FTE`s - AP, AR and GL) is up to standard, highly motivated and satisfied. You will also ensure a service and performance culture in the all departments. The chosen Candidate will be responsible for establishing and managing functional processes, the delivery of a high quality process performance in accordance with agreed budget as well as implementation of continuous improvement initiatives. Your tasks will also include ensuring that major new directives are translated into measurable goals and individual performance expectations as well as identifying new opportunities to improve planning, reporting, budgeting and forecasting services.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need to have a University degree and at least 7 years of managerial experience in AP, AR and GL (preferably in SSC) and about 12 years of business experience. Moreover you will need to have a University degree in Business Science, Finance and Accounting. The ideal Candidate will be business and customer oriented and will be focused on business targets. Project management experience as well as Oracle ERP experience is a must.
