On behalf of client we are seeking a Finance Manager. Our client is a middle-sized pharmaceutical business. The business offers an excellent opportunity to grow with it internationally and expand responsibilities quickly. This role is based in Warsaw and European business trips are required.

Responsibilities:
Supervision over the full reporting process according to the requirements of the group including all statutory reporting
Active participation in budgeting, forecasting and business planning
Full control over the taxes and compliance with local regulations
Dealing with Banks and other Financial Institutions in respect of further investment and current operations
Lead, manage and develop the local financial team
Delivering financial reports as presentations to the board
Managing the external audit obligations IFRS
Business partner to all functions
Systems owner for finance
Requirements:
University degree in Finance or similar field; Professional qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) is a plus
5+ years of experience on managerial position in finance.
Experience in accounting under IFRS
Leadership skills
A background in consulting could be beneficial.
Excellent problem solving skills and an entrepreneurial approach.
Ability to work in a business partnering style with senior management
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
