Finance Manager
Due to the company's entry into the Polish market, we are looking for candidates for the position of Finance Manager. The employed person will be responsible for creating the financial team (from scratch) and supervising the accounting and reporting processes. Due to the start-up nature of the organisation and large development plans, it is very important to have a "hands-on" attitude and openness to a challenging job.

Description
- Responsibility for building and managing a local finance team
- Being the first point contact in all finance related matters
- Preparation of monthly financial statements for statutory and group purposes
- Supervision over financial and accounting processes
- Coordination of the month-end closing process
- Providing financial analyses required by the group and local management
- Support in the implementation of effective internal control procedures
- Cooperation with internal and external auditors
Profile
- Master's Degree in Finance & Accounting or equivalent
- ACCA, CIMA or Statutory Auditor qualification will be a big advantage
- 8 years of professional experience in financial reporting and accounting (or BIG4 financial audit experience)
- Team management experience is a must have condition
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Fluent knowledge in English
- Hands-on attitude, ability to work independently
- Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
