Finance Manager
The Candidate will cooperate with the Board and report to the group all financial matters. This is newly created position in small / medium sized international pharma company.
It is ideal role for experienced candidate on Financial Controller / Financial Manager position. Our Client prefers candidates with experience in both, big corporations and smaller entities so the chosen person could be a real Finance Business Partner and key person.

For our Client, international, fast growing, company from healthcare / medical sector, we are currently looking for proper candidates for Finance Manager position based West side of Warsaw.
Description
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative, innovative culture, including providing senior level input to strategic and business planning.
- Establish and maintain effective financial management ensuring sound business practices, compliance with internal controls and statutory requirements,
- Review and analyze business cases and business planning funding submissions and provide recommendations and advice relating to commercial viability, impact on the net cost of services and allocation of business operation funding as requested.
- Ensure the Cooperate and local management teams are fully informed about financial performance. Develop and maintain systems to provide up to date and accurate financial information, including full P&L income statements.
- Manage the annual sales forecasting, assets turnover, account receivable/payable managements and audit processes, ensuring the successful implementation of audit recommendations.
- Manage the Finance team to achieve optimal performance, including the management of workloads and resourcing, performance management, constructive feedback and facilitation of ongoing professional and technical development.
- Lead and participate in financial and business reviews to improve and strengthen internal controls around business processes. Ensure the Cooperate policies and procedures are being complied, enforced, reviewed and updated on annual basis.
- Evaluate the need for new information technology (IT) requirements across the organization and recommend appropriate solutions
Profile
- Bachelor degree in finance/accounting is a must, MBA is a plus
- Possess a minimum of five-seven-year experience in a healthcare related industry for multinational companies with a proven track record in accounting and experiences in a commercial environment to support the business growth.
- Substantial knowledge of and demonstrated experiences in management reporting, financial planning, financial management, internal/external audit process and accounting principles and practices.
- Ability to read, write and speak the English language.
- Be able to provide the leadership of all aspects of financial management, accounting control, risk management and value for money work within the organization. Plus oversee overall organizational performance and people development.
- Be able to work with the management team and contribute to strategic planning and organization management, serving as a key member of management committee.
