Finance Manager
Miejsce pracy: PoznańFor our Client, well knwon company from FMCG sector, we are currently looking candidate for the position of: Finance Manager
Your responsibilities:
- Ensuring reliability of operational and financial reporting to give to management an accurate understanding of the financial situation of the business
- Preparing budgets, forecast, long-term plans, monitoring of the execution
- Design and implementation of controlling and reporting tools, with the focus on increasing margins, and cost optimization
- Design and implementation of tools supporting the management of business process in the company
- Supporting business decisions through provision of the data, analysis, business cases for new investments in marketing, new stores and others, providing recommendations
- Monitoring costs and carry out all analyses required to identify risks and opportunities and to propose the appropriate actions
- Being a strong business partner for the Board and Directors
- Participating in the international projects, including tools implementation, international expansion, optimization initiatives etc
- Developing the Controlling team
- Acting as a Deputy Finance Director, cooperating with Accounting Manager, decision making in the area of commercial finance
Requirements:
- Higher education (finance is preferred)
- At least 5 years of experience in Controlling department, preferably within retail sector
- At least 2-year experience in managing people
- Abilities of analytical thinking and drawing conclusions
- Very good knowledge of MS Excel
- Knowledge of the English language at a minimum B2 level (in speech and writing)
