For our Client, SSC located company located in the area of Katowice we are looking for Finance Manager who will be responsible for P2P European operation.
While working at this position you will be responsible for management of the team of 50 employees, maintaining agreed SLA’s to achieve required service level as well as implementing Process Automation and shift operations. Maintaining perfect relationships with client organizations, facilitating data for Senior Management Review and Ensuring Process Excellence will be also in your scope.
An ideal Candidate will need to be self-motivated individual with ideally minimum 9 years of finance experience (AP, AR, GL), including leadership positions. Successful candidate must have the maturity and ability to work on own initiative in a fast paced environment while maintaining quality of work and effective working relationships with both internal and external customers.
We are looking for Candidates with fluency in English. Proficiency in SAP as well as Excel are strongly preferred.
