For our Client – international company from manufacturing industry located in LÄ™bork – we are looking for a person to fill the position of Finance Manager.
The successful Candidate will be responsible for financial and accounting documentation correctness, supervision of the accounting department, control over the correctness of tax settlements, financial planning and reporting, company’s and project cash flow. Moreover, his scope of duties will also cover preparation of financial reports, balance sheets, forecasting budget, control their implementation and analysis of deviations, participation in the cost approval process. Finance Manager will be also responsible for cooperation with auditors, financial institutions, controls and payments.
We are looking for a person, who has about 5 years of experience on similar position, preferably in international environment. Very good knowledge of spoken and written English is a must. Bachelor degree in finance/accounting with qualification in ACCA will be an advantage. We are looking for Candidates with proficient knowledge of Excel, strong analytic, organizational, negotiation and leadership skills. The perfect Candidate should have strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with all levels of organization, high work standards and desire to learn.
